Bill grew up in Stony Brook, Long Island New York, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art attending the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Bill has been a contributor of cartoons, and illustrations to Improper Hamptonian Magazine with his monthly feature "Fine Dining with Bill." When not doing freelance work, Bill is archiving drawings for this website at an undisclosed restaurant in New York City, where he will be researching restaurant culture in order to bring you answers to all your restaurant-related questions.
